Joe Dispenza says, “We’ve in fact conditioned ourselves to believe all sorts of
things that aren’t necessarily true — and many of these things are having a
negative impact on our health and happiness.”
What if you could achieve most of the things you put your mind into? But things don’t go so
easily, do they? It’s because most people succumb to the power of limiting beliefs; this
prevents them from reaching their goals. Our limiting beliefs can cause us to miss out on
the things that we want most and our empowering beliefs can drive us toward to the life we
want to live.
